Return

We get it, sometimes we buy products and change our mind about it. Do not stress hon, we offer a 7 day hassle-free return policy. 

Please note: All products must be in the same condition that you received. Unused and intact in original packaging.

Damage/Replace

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and replace it. 

Please describe the issue and attach 3 pictures. Once your replacment is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.We will schedule a pick up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellation/modification 
To cancel or modify your order please insure you are within 12 hours of order placement. You are welcome to

• Cancel all or specific items of your order
• Add or remove item quantity
• Exchange size or shape of soft gel tips

Refunds
Once your order is successfully returned, we will send a confirmation email and refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please contact your bank for further assistance.
